Hill in Elmira is a jumpin' place 6 months of the year. It's what
makes Elmira the Soaring Capital of the World. Those 6 months start
in April and soon thereafter there are all kinds of events sponsored
by soaring organizations all over the Northeastern United States.
This photo was sent in to us by Betsy Hartman Owens and her husband,
John. It was on a visit they made during Betsy's Southside High School
Class of 1960 Reunion.
