nly in the Fifties - this photo was sent in to us by Charles & Barb Crerar and is a shot of the Carousel Restaurant, a drive-in that was constructed from scratch to be a hangout for Fifties kids right down the street from Eldridge Park.

Surely those prices would attract even the most discerning of dining clientele along College Avenue. Notice the carousel horsies that decorated the structure. This place was jumpin.
