I'm looking forward to seeing you all in July! (1998) I'm into the home stretch on my 34th!! year of teaching. It seems like yesterday that I was a brand-new teacher, starting out with anticipation and anxiety in a job that's still exciting and exhausting, sometimes. Around 1980, Joe and I bought a small "camp" at DeRuyter Lake and that's where I store up serenity in the summer. My Mom is 91, not up to travelling far anymore, but a continuing delight to all of us. Daughter, Julie and grandson, J.T. now 4, live close enough to see often.
